Open plan living/kitchen areas open out through sliding doors both east & west onto large decks with views of dunes, lighthouse & cliff top at the front & with views of light house, golf course & dunes at the back.

Seperate parents retreat (bdrm 4) with sliding doors opening onto front deck, ensuite/laundry, lounge suite & TV!

Living area is furnished with lounges, flat screen TV, DVD player, dining setting & Reverse Cycle airconditioning. DVD & book library also included.

Full kitchen comes with everything including dishwasher, microwave & tastefull crockery!

Bathrooms are newly fitted with easy clean designer shower alcoves, luxurious adjustable shower heads & stylish vanity.

Laundry has washing machine, tumble dryer & trough all concealed in large ensuite attached to parents retreat.

FAMILY & PET FRIENDLY

This property is family friendly & there is a cot & highchair for your convenience. The front & back yards are also fully fenced to keep little ones in close range while parents lounge on the large decks. There is also a selection of childrens books, toys & dvd's. Parent's will love being able to simply walk accross the road to fish or explore the rock pools & sand dunes with their youngsters too. The beach is great as it's quiet & there are no cars allowed (unlike Long Beach).

Pet owners will enjoy being in closest proximity possible to the only beach in Robe where dogs are permitted off leash other than North of Third Ramp (which is about an hour walk from Robe township).

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION

The Light House comfortably sleeps 6 adults & 2 children.

BRM 1: King size bed + wooden cot (sleeps 2 + infant)
BRM 2: Bunk Beds (sleeps 2)
BRM 3: Double Bed (sleeps 2)
BRM 4: Queensize bed + sofa (sleeps 2)

While the house sleeps 8, due to limited dining seating we wouldn't recomend that 8 adults stay at any one time.

Easter is a 4 night minimum at high season rates from Thurs PM – Mon AM each year. Additional nights will be charged at low season rates.
