Loft House

While relaxing at Loft House, you can have a barbeque in the paved area amongst the trees and birds. 3/4 of an acre guarantees you privacy and quiet . Go out for your coffee or spend time on the deck and you may be visited by the local wildlife.
At night enjoy the stars through the glass roof. Retire into one of 3 bedrooms . Two have views to bushland and lake. The loft room has views to Avoca and bush and valley views.

Loft house has a cozy kitchen to cook up your favourite meal.Open to the family room. Lounge and 2 armchairs. Includes Foxtel tv.
Then down to dining room in an English style setting and bushoutlook. This leads out to barbeque area
The formal lounge has wood fire combustion stove with another tv and opens out to large deck for entertaining or relaxing. Another bbq is available on this deck. Plenty of room to entertain. Off this room is the main bedroom with ensuite. This also opens out to deck where morning coffee and always changing views is most enjoyable.
The walk up the stairs is worth it when you reach the top!
