Experience the BEST coastal and ocean views near Coffs Harbour. This luxurious 2/3 bedroom apartment in Woolgoolga faces north and directly overlooks the ocean. It is a VERY LARGE and RELAXING comfortable ground floor apartment - suitable for both romantic couples and happy families.

Location

Located on the famous Woolgoolga Headland, in Pollack Esplanade. This street is one of only a very few on eastern side of Australia that actually faces north AND overlooks the ocean.

Local Attractions

There are 2 bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds, and 1 single. There are also 2 comfortable double sized sofa beds in a room adjacent to the kitchen, and a comfortable fold away single bed with thick foam mattress. The main bedroom has an ensuite, and there is a full bathroom with bath, shower etc. The lounge room has new and comfortable reclining chairs so you can see the whales and dolphins in luxurious comfort. There is a video and TV, stereo, and books. The apartment has reverse cycle air con. for your comfort and there is a dishwasher, microwave and full sized private laundry with dryer. The apartment is only 1 minutes walk to the beach, heated pool, shops, restaurants, clubs etc. There is a single garage.

Swimming, surfing, snorkelling, fishing, golfing, restaurants, clubs, taverns, beachside relaxed village atmosphere, close to all local tourist attractions including Coffs Harbour, Dorrigo rainforest, Bellingen arts and crafts etc.
