Gecko Place is a contemporary fully furnished and self-contained 2 storey townhouse with secure off-street garaging for small cars (on street parking is available for larger sedans, 4WD's and other vehicles). This accommodation is perfectly situated on the edge of Adelaide’s Central Business District close to all facilities yet in a completely peaceful environment.
This townhouse is fully equipped with all the latest modern appliances and technologies you could need to make you feel at home for as long as you stay.
From the moment you enter the security gate with internal video entrance surveillance and remote gate release, your every need is catered for providing you and your guests a secure, comfortable and relaxed stay.
Fully retractable patio doors from the lounge and dining area open out onto a private courtyard with a relaxing water feature and well-maintained garden.
The property is situated within easy walking distance of bus stops, train stations and the recently completed tramline extension.
A short walk will find you experiencing our Park Lands which are part of the world renowned Royal Adelaide Golf Course. The North Adelaide Aquatic Centre, with pools, spas and saunas can also be found within a kilometre of Gecko Place.
Aside from the well-appointed gourmet kitchen you will also be spoilt for choice with all manner of dining experiences from fine dining through to family restaurants. North Adelaide’s O'Connell Street is a mere 20 minute stroll where you will be able to enjoy shopping, dining and cinemas.
We also supply maps, dining directories and tourism brochures onsite for your convenience and also offer 24 hour contact number for our off site manager.
Gecko Place has 3 bedrooms, the main suite has the latest modern Aquafoam® Aquapedic® king size waterbed, the second bedroom has a queen size ensemble bed and the third bedroom has two single ensemble beds. We can supply a roll out queen size bed for extra guests if required. All bed and bath linen is supplied including beach and pool towels on request, the nearest beach, Semaphore is approximately 15 minutes drive away and the pool is about a 10 minute stroll through the Park Lands.
All you will need are your personal belongings and your guests.
