From the moment you step through the hand craved Indian temple doors you will feel like you are in another world,this house has been hand crafted with exquisite attention to detail.There are carved wooden statues inset in the walls.The house has been architecturally designed with an oriental feel.This gorgeous comptempary home is decorated with selected pieces from all over Asia.There is a teenage retreat complete with TV & DVD far enough away from the main lounge to not disturb the rest of the guests.
Koh Semara is modern with 5 star attention to detail and only the highest quality furniture, appliances and pillow top bedding has been used to ensure the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay.
There is a 50 inch plasma with dvd and foxtel in the main lounge room. There is also another 4 tv's to keep everyone happy.
A stylish fully appointed kitchen over looks the tranquil river and entertaining area with quality Miele appliances like dishwasher,oven and microwave.
There is an extensive Dvd collection,Book library,and boardgames for your enjoyment.

The configuration of 5 bedrooms is as follows:
*Large master room over looking the water with a plasma T.V on the wall an asian style bathroom with free standing bath.
*Three large size bedrooms with queen bed in each, walk in robes,they share the extra large bathroom with a spa bath & glass waterfall taps.
*Another large room with 1 double bunk bed with single on top & double on bottom with t.v,a fold out sofa bed.this room has a bathroom next to it.
*The lounge in the main living area folds out to a double bed if required.
*Enjoy cooking in the state of the art kitchen with Miele appliances.Glass splash back,ice maker double door fridge, granite bench tops,huge breakfast bar all over looking the wide waterway.
*5 min walk to the beach & 5 mins walk to local shops-Chemist,Restaurants,Bowls Club,Take aways,Bottle shop,Bakery,Supermarket,Buses.

There is fishing rods and toddler toys supplied.Also an extensive collection of books.
