Family friendly house with spacious under cover decks front and back. The back deck has a BBQ and spa bath. Both decks have outdoor furniture and the front deck has a garden swing. There is plenty of room for entertaining. The house has a double carport and plenty of room for a boat. The spacious garden is fully fenced.

Minimum 3 night stay on long weekends.
Minimum 4 night stay at Easter, Melbourne Cup Weekend and School Holidays.
Dec/January school holidays weekly bookings only - usually Saturday to Saturday.
$200 Deposit is required to secure a booking.
Finals due 2 weeks before commencement except Dec/Jan hols when finals to be paid 1st week in November.
Bond is payable for all rentals. $500 weekly or $250 for weekends and mid-week.

Rye Holiday Retreat has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a trio bunk. There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern fridge and oven. The lounge room has 2 couches and 2 chairs. There is also a gas log fire for instant warmth on cold days. The house accomodates 8 people.
Rye Holiday Retreat is 800m from the bay beach. It is an easy walk along the beach to Blairgowrie shops and cafes. There are many well known Golf Courses close by. Surf at the patrolled beaches at Portsea, Sorrento and Gunnamatta. All weather boat launching at Rye and Sorrento. Great fishing at Rye, Sorrento and Portsea piers and local surf beaches. Visit the multitude of local wineries for lunch or just a tasting. Browse the many shops and cafes in the area. Rye Carnival operates on the foreshore from the start of the Christmas school holidays until Australia Day weekend.
