Description

The Sawtell Island Beach House offers the perfect beach holiday location. It is a short 100m walk to the beach. Sawtell town centre is located 300m from the house offering award-winning cafes and restaurants. The town centre also boasts a cinema, swimming pool, Sawtell golf course, Tennis Centre, hotel and an ex- servicemen's club.

Local Attractions - Bonville International Golf Course, Dorrigo World Heritage National Park, Whitewater rafting, Solitary Island Marine Park, Whale watching, Beaches & swimming holes, Harbour & River Cruises

The Sawtell Island Beach House offers 2 levels of living space. The house has 3 decks, a garage, 4 bedrooms, a modern kitchen, 2 TV rooms, family room and backyard.

Upstairs level

On the upstairs level is situated the master bedroom complete with King-sized bed, ensuite (with a double shower), walk-in robe, & LCD TV. The TV room has a large plasma TV. The sunny north-facing front deck opens from the TV room. The kitchen, dining & family room are also on this level and there is a guest toilet. The rear deck (with superb views of Sawtell Island) opens from the dining room/family room. To the west are views of the mountains.

Downstairs level

On the lower floor of the Beach house are 3 bedrooms, a second TV room with an LCD TV & DVD player, 3-way bathroom (with a shower and bath) and the laundry. Bedroom 2 (of the house) contains a double bed, Bedroom 3 contains 2 single beds; and Bedroom 4 has 1 bunk bed (a raised bunk) and a single bed.

  • "We really enjoyed your house, and the family have voted it the best we stayed in whilst we were away. I have stayed in many places, but we would say your house , its position and lay out would be one of the best. We loved the different nooks and crannies - where we could all sit and just do our thing. I think the other major feature apart from the view is the beautiful sea breeze you get no matter what the weather - and we also appreciated having a good bed ! We have a king size bed at home , and it is great to not have to give up that on holidays! So, Cate you have a great place and location ! We love Sawtell too . "
