Newly renovated holiday home, sleeps two families includes large main bedroom with queen bed and a second double bedroom; two large kids' bedrooms each with bunks and a third single bed. Fifth bedroom is separate bungalow out the back with queen bed and kitchenette.
House has been renovated internally, with new kitchen and bathroom, lime polished floorboards and seagrass carpet in bedrooms and white venetian blinds throughout.
Main bathroom has double vanity, toilet and shower/bath. There is a second separate shower, and second separate toilet as well as a fully functional laundry.
Kitchen has big breakfast bench with 5 barstools, big Euro- stove and cooktop, and large dining table which seats 10. Big lounge room with 42 inch plasma TV screen, return couch and great gas heater.

Outside

Outside grounds are large, with small kids' swing set and separate tyre swing on tree. Large yard for kicking the footy, backyard cricket and running around. Heaps of car parking. New large decking runs the length of the lounge and dining rooms, with a hooded deluxe BBQ. Outdoor settings with umbrella, seat twelve in total.

Perfect holiday retreat.

The house is removed from the road, and is really quiet, with the only noise really being the sound of the surf only a few hundred metres away. Only 50m at the end of the road are the walking tracks which meander along the back beach cliffs or take you to the great surf beach only 200m from the end of the street. A close walk to the local General Store for newspapers, magazines, food supplies and good coffee.
