There are 4 bedrooms,2 Bathrooms,2 living areas,kitchen,dining room and large entertainment deck with BBQ.

Location

Dolphin Vista is situated about half way along beautiful Mollymook Beach on the South Coast(about 3 1/2 hrs south of Sydney and 2.5 hrs from Canberra)

Directly across from the beach and a short stroll away from cafes, shops,golf course, golf club, bike tracks and childrens playground.

Neighbouring towns Milton, Ulladulla, Burrill Lake are all within 5 minutes drive. Jervis Bay Marine Park is 40 minutes north & Batemans Bay is 40 minutes south. Ulladulla is situated in the Shoalhaven which is renowned for its white sandy beaches,great surfing and fishing, scenic rivers & lakes with national parks and mountain ranges as a backdrop.
