Description

The moment you arrive at the Villa by the Sea you will feel relaxed. It is situated next to a large park about 200m from the beautiful beach, yacht club and calm waters of Geograph Bay. You can easily walk to the famous Busselton Jetty as well as all of the main restruants and shops.

The master bedroom is upstairs and opens onto the large balcony. It has an ensuite with spa bath and shower. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, open plan loungeroom and kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, a lanudry and a toilet. There is a paved outdoor entertainment area and small BBQ which is ideal for sitting outside on the warm nights and enjoying the cool sea breeze.

There is a TV and DVD player in the lounge room. There is plenty of room for parking at the front of the villa as well as at the rear.
