1 Kiamba Court, Sunshine Beach is a majestic beachside residence with beautiful sea views from the upper level of the home and panoramic National Park views from all levels.
This large open plan house has two living areas; formal and informal living which extends to a spacious outdoor areas and a private pool. Relax in the formal lounge area and read a book by the fire, of course in the winter months only. Otherwise spend time relaxing by the pool with the convenience of a kitchenette close by, fully stocked by you with your favourite drinks and snacks.
The upper level of the home offer ocean views and is a perfect area to relax and watch TV with the surround sound stereo.
The home consists of four bedrooms all with their own individual air conditioners and three bathrooms perfect for a large family.
Beach access is a simple stroll along the tracks taking you five minutes to walk to the beach or simple head in the other direction and access Noosas National Park, a great afternoon of exploring can be had by all.
