Bookings: Security Deposit Bond - $150-$300
CONFIRMS BOOKING with receipt no. quoted by email

(Refundable less any damages, theft/loss or additional cleaning. Postage or extra guests)

Balance is payable 30 days prior (if applicable) to arrival or paid in advance to owners bank account with receipt faxed if last minute booking.

Guests bank details to be supplied prior to arrival. Security Bond transferred on satisfactory inspection and reconciliation.

LINEN/TOWELS - Hired Linen & Towels Package from $15 per head or BYO. Compulsory laundry charge for mattress & pillow protectors @ $3 per head.

Fold up Bed Hire from : $30 per week

We supply: Pillows, Doonas, Cotton Blankets. Mattress & Pillow Protectors.

PROFESSIONAL HOUSEKEEPING: PRIDE IS TAKEN TO PRESENT THE PROPERTY FOR YOUR COMFORT AND PLEASURE. SHOULD THERE BE ANY AREA NOT PREPARED TO RENTABLE STANDARD ON ARRIVAL – PLEASE CONTACT THE PROPERTY MANAGER. AN ESTIMATE ONLY WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR TARIFF BASED ON NUMBER OF GUESTS BOOKED; IT IS NOT A FIRM QUOTE AS THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GLEAN. THE HOUSEKEEPERS ARE TRUSTED TO RETURN THE PROPERTY TO RENTABLE STANDARD WITHIN AN EFFICIENT TIME FRAME. WHILST A COPY OF THE CLEANERS ACCOUNT WILL BE SUPPLIED ON REQUEST THE FEE IS NOT-NEGOTIABLE.

DOGS (QUIET & WELL TRAINED) ARE MOST WELCOME - BYO BEDDING. PETS ARE WELCOME INDOORS ON THEIR OWN BEDS. HOWEVER, WHEN OWNERS ARE NOT IN ATTENDANCE - OUTSIDE ON DECKS - PROVIDED THEY DO NOT FRET OR BARK

Your booking will be honoured within three months of cancellation.

31+ days: Security Deposit : Not refundable

1-30 days: Your tariff will be refunded on re-letting of property for same period. Security Deposit non-refundable.
