Both homes suited our family grouping perfectly. We had a fantastic family reunion. Everybody enjoyed their stay in their respective homes, as well as the facilities in Executive where we held our main family dinner. Great place, but if staying on sofa bed there needs to be some curtains on the windows. Bathroom very small and the kitchen is good, but the views are superb and the area is wonderful! So much to do and see. Very relaxing break - wonderful!

Great spot with fantastic accomadation
Very clean and spacious.
Only negative was only 1 bathroom and lighting in bathroom too low. Hard to apply makeup for the ladies.
Other than that I would stay again and I have stayed in a few places at Nelsons Bay and this was very good value for money

Great location with easy access to restaurants and forshore walks. Excellently furnished and equiped with evrything needed for a short or long stay. Immaculately presented. Quiet, secure and easy to get to. Highly recommend. We will use it again

Dacha Penthouse is a wonderful property! The exterior style of the house together with the interior design and decor is fantastic. The premises was clean and fresh. The location and view is second to none.

Dutchies Penthouse is incredible!
We had an amazing time. The location is fantastic and the house has beautiful Tuscan feel about it. The balcony was my favourite.
Next time we will stay for a whole week. We have already told all our friends.

We stayed here for 1-week covering Christmas and the apartment was great. Superb location overlooking a quiet bay that was only a few yards away from the entrance. Totally self-contained with separate access from the downstairs apartment. Generally very well equipped although having only two sunbeds on the patio area was a bit limiting for a party of three at times. Built-in BBQ area and outdoor space was ideal. Recommended.

Stayed for five days with group of mates at the penthouse. Absolutely loved it. Modern, great facilities with the most beautiful view you can imagine. Such a relaxing and luscious location too. Best part would have to be the pretty much private beach right across the road and the cool brisk sea breeze that hits the house directly. Best accommodation we've ever stayed in. Would definitely return!

We had 7 blissful nights at Dacha,it was everything i dreamed and more! It was our annual family holiday and it delivered in every way,for us and our kids.The beach at our doorstep and the Marina a short walk away made it all so handy and stress free.
We are already planning our next visit at Dacha!

Four of my girlfriends and I stayed at the Dacha Penthouse and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place was lovely and clean and everything was provided to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be going back to Dacha in the future.

What a fabulous place to stay. We had 3 days of bliss. It is a very peaceful and private spot and the sound of the birds and the little waves crashing over the road is my idea of heaven. Hopefully we will be back sooner rather than later.
