There is a big open plan living area that opens out onto a large viewing deck with a 6 piece outdoor setting and Turbo BBQ. There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with two single beds. There are two large bathrooms, and a laundry. The house has all modern facilities, eg European kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and microwave), air conditioning, heating in all main rooms, ducted vacuum, digital TV x 2, FOXTEL (inc Sports), DVD/CD player with phone dock, stereo, books and games. The property is also fully fenced for child safety, but no pets and no smoking are allowed.

Anglesea is located on the Great Ocean Road just over 1 hour from Melbourne. It is known for its sandy beaches, large range of sporting activities, golf course which you share with the kangaroos, lots of good fishing spots, extensive bush walk options, riverside market and village township with its quality clothing shops and galleries. It is 12 minutes to the surfing capital Torquay and world famous Bells Beach, and 25 minutes to Lorne. It is only two and a half hours to the 12 Apostles and Otway fly, and surrounded by national park.
