The large Lounge has a Gas Log fire and TV with DVD plus an air conditioner.
The main bedroom has a separate walk in Robe and a full en-suite plus a Queen size bed and private deck
A Double Bedroom is on the top level.
The other 2 bedrooms each have a set of twin singles.
A roller bed is also available on request for a child 10 to 15
The main bathroom has a Corner Spa big enough for 2 and shower. Separate toilet.
The Kitchen is very spacious for those executive dinner parties. Formal spacious Dining area with a 2nd air conditioner.
Separate Laundry with all facilities. A gas BBQ sits in the rear courtyard which is also ideal for a private breakfast.
Double lock up remote control garage too with a table tennis table. Plenty of space for the golf clubs. Off street parking for 2 extra cars.

Location

Located between the Ocean and Bay side beaches of Rye and just a few mins drive to everything but just far enough away for a bit of peaceful privacy for luxury relaxation in style. The home is set well back from the road.
This property has quite a few steps up to the front door and the home has 5 levels inside. Not suitable for under 10 year olds and the elderly.

The Ocean or bayside beaches are just a 5 min drive.
The car ferry to Queenscliff is a 20 min drive.
