Tree Top views from this Luxurious Contemporary style 4 bedroom home set in the hillside just a 10 minute drive to the bay side beach of Rye. A spacious entertaining deck overlooks the tree tops. Fully ducted heating throughout the home. A Getaway for Adults but children over 10 years are welcome.
Several levels of steps inside make this house unsuitable for the elderly or young children. There are also 15 steep steps to the front door. Not for the feint hearted.
The large Lounge has a Gas Log fire and TV with DVD plus an air conditioner.
The main bedroom has a separate walk in Robe and a full en-suite plus a Queen size bed and private deck
A Double Bedroom is on the top level.
The other 2 bedrooms each have a set of twin singles.
A roller bed is also available on request for a child 10 to 15
The main bathroom has a Corner Spa big enough for 2 and shower. Separate toilet.
The Kitchen is very spacious for those executive dinner parties. Formal spacious Dining area with a 2nd air conditioner.
Separate Laundry with all facilities. A gas BBQ sits in the rear courtyard which is also ideal for a private breakfast.
Double lock up remote control garage too with a table tennis table. Plenty of space for the golf clubs. Off street parking for 2 extra cars.

Location

Located between the Ocean and Bay side beaches of Rye and just a few mins drive to everything but just far enough away for a bit of peaceful privacy for luxury relaxation in style. The home is set well back from the road.
This property has quite a few steps up to the front door and the home has 5 levels inside. Not suitable for under 10 year olds and the elderly.

The Ocean or bayside beaches are just a 5 min drive.
The car ferry to Queenscliff is a 20 min drive.

Local Attractions

Close by you will find many golf courses to choose from, Saturday & Sunday markets, Wineries and vineyards, plus berry farms where you can pick your own. Horse riding, national park walks,
and a choice of many surf or calm bay side beaches for surfing or just relaxation. Many restaurants and cafes all around the bay and galleries with unique items from our own artists offer a chance to find special something to take home with you.
All water sports and activities are available within a few mins drive including the Peninsula natural Thermal Hot springs just a 5 min drive away.
