Two-storey beachhouse with spacious balconies front and rear situated on safe, private no-through road. The rear balcony has uninterrupted views out to the ocean. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms (one ensuite), 2 living areas and a double lock-up garage.

What you find when you open the door

We welcome you to Bali H'ai! Head upstairs and you'll be in the lounge with wonderful views and all your holiday needs:

TV, DVD, stereo, dining table for 6, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.

Front deck has BBQ and outside seating for 8.

Rear deck has sun lounges and table to enjoy your evening relaxing as the sun goes down.

If the weather is cold, put logs on the "Coonara". If hot put on the aircon and the fans.

Main bedroom is upstairs and has a queen-sized bed plus large fitted robes. The second upstairs bedroom has two king-single beds. There is a large bathroom with separate shower, spa bath and toilet.

Downstairs is the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed with ensuite (shower and washbasin). There is a separate toilet and fully-equipped laundry. There is also another living area downstairs with TV and video player. A spare queen-sized bed is stored in the garage and can be moved into this living area. The double garage has two adult bikes plus a cycle exerciser and spare outside chairs.

How to enjoy your stay

The beautiful white sands of Smiths Beach are 5 minutes walk away. Safe patrolled beach for swimming and surfing.

The Penguin Parade is a 10-minute drive - a must for kids and nature-lovers.

A trip to the main town Cowes is 10 minutes drive and there you will find plenty of restaurants and shops.

Fancy driving a fast car around the Gran Prix track? A 5-minute drive will get you there.

Feed the pelicans at San Remo or take the ferry to French Island from the jetty at Cowes.

Visit Churchill Island and walk into the 19th century at the Homestead.
