P O C O is a funky 1 Bedroom, large and open studio garden apartment. It is stylishly furnished, wonderfully cozy, luxuriously unique and the closest holiday property in Angourie to famous Spooky Beach- The track is right out the front! Being meters to the beach and moments walk to the local cafe and Restaurant is what makes P O C O the perfect place for a relaxing holiday for couples or a family of up to 4 people (It is an open plan apartment). Staying here you can fully take in the quiet village atmosphere and be on the beach in no time. No need for the car unless you want to go to Yamba.

There is a small kitchen for general cooking, there is no oven and a nice bathroom and AIR CONDITIONING.
There is a large LCD TV with FOXTEL / AUSTAR and SURROUND SOUND DVD.

Throughout the large open plan space is beautiful Sisal Natural fiber carpet, large artworks and some tasteful antique furniture pieces. The space feels cozy, luxurious, private and unique!

Local Attractions

Angourie reserve is just down the road with a great swing park for kids and The track down to Spooky beach is 10 meters from POCO's front door. The beautiful fresh water blue pools are 200 meters walk.
The Angourie General Store/cafe is 20 meters walk and has become famous for its sensational food. The burgers are soooo good as is the coffee!! There is also a restaurant, an art gallery and numerous Day Spa/ Massage facilities in Angourie. Cars can be driven down to Spooky Beach to launch boats and the Lake at Wooloweyah also has boat launching spots.
All of the beaches are renowned for good surf at Angourie. Angourie point being arguably the best right hand point break in Australia. Check out Spooky point (right), Back point(left) and Green point(left and right) all within 5 minutes walk. Most of the year you could be the only person walking on the beach!

One of the awesome things about Angourie is no houses are built right on the beach, there is a large nature strip along all of the beaches.

Life really is a beach at Angourie!!
Fishing, snorkeling, bushwalking, tennis and relaxing are all popular activities.
The great Yurigyir Coastal National Park spans the coast south of Angourie. It is famous for having some of the best coastal walks on the east coast, and there are so many birds!! The parks entrance is just 300 meters walk from
P O C O.
Yamba is 5 km north and is known for it beautiful setting on the river, beaches and hundreds of large Norfolk Pines line the streets. Yamba has all of the usual shopping facilities, Monthly Markets, The Pacific Hotel (the pub with the best view in Australia). 18 hole Golf course, bowling club, tavern, markets, cinema, restaurants, cafes, beaches and the Clarence River.
