Enjoy an escape from a busy life in this beach cottage, positioned on a quiet street overlooking a leafy valley. When you have soaked up the sand, sea and sun, a fresh and airy house awaits you, where you can fire up the barbie and relax on the balcony with a cold drink.

MacMasters Beach, just 1 hour 30 mins from Sydney has an excellent swimming and surfing beach.

The patrolled beach is only 20m from the house and is protected from southerlies. There is a tidal pool, kiosk and picnic area at beach. Meals available at the Surf Club Fridays and Saturdays.

Bouddi National Park is full of lovely walks from 15min to 3 hrs long, with many surf beaches, rock pools, BBQ areas and quiet bays to cater for all water sports.

A 10-15 min walk along the beach will take you to Copacabana where there are shops, cafes and restaurants (takes 15 mins to drive there but is just across the lagoon from MacMasters).

Kincumber - 10 min drive - has a shopping centre with Coles, Bottle Shop, Take-away outlets, Thai and Indian Restaurants for most of your requirements.

15min drive away is Hardy's bay, with fine restaurants, fishing jetty, boutiques and specialty shops.

Shopping, restaurants and entertainment possibilities are endless within 15 minutes to Erina Fair, Terrigal and Avoca.
