This beautifully renovated three bedroom home features large decking area, air conditioning, electric heaters, ceiling fans, microwave, washing machine, T.V, DVD, outdoor setting for 8 and quality furnishings. The property sleeps up to six people with two queen size beds and two king size singles. Please note that you must provide your own linen, doona's and pillows are provided. The back yard is fully fenced for young children and there is off street parking.

Inverloch is the jewel in the Bass Coast crown, and less than two hours from Melbourne itself. Inverloch is a quiet seaside resort which was once an important port. Inverloch, a Gaelic word meaning entrance to a lake, is a popular seaside holiday spot at the mouth of Anderson Inlet, 143 km south-east of Melbourne and 9 m above sea level.
Water Activities
The huge and interesting sand dunes of the peninsula which encloses the inlet, act as a breakwater against the wild seas of Bass Strait. These conditions are ideal both for families with young children and for beach and boat fishing. A launching ramp has been provided to facilitate the latter. Conditions for canoeing and waterskiing are excellent and the winds from Bass Strait make sailing and sailboarding ideal. Those keen on surfing have only to make their way around Point Smythe on the isthmus, to the more turbulent waters of Venus Bay.
It features splendid calm beaches along Anderson Inlet, which are ideal for families and relaxation, or a surf beach for the more adventurous holiday maker. Theres also fishing, wind surfing, diving and boating opportunities. As a top tourist destination Inverloch and its surrounds offer plenty of activities, eating options and rainy day fillers.
Inverloch is only 45 minutes drive away from Wilsons Promontory, which is the ideal spot for a national park day trip. Or its also close to Phillip Island and the famous penguin parade. Head towards Cape Paterson for an attractive coastal drive that takes you through the Bunurong Marine and Coastal Park. Wonderful sights can be appreciated along this route. For a break from the water drive north into the rolling hills of South Gippsland and take in some of Victorias most spectacular farming regions. While most roads offer While most roads offer picturesque scenes take a drive to Korumburra, between Meeniyan and Mirboo North or towards Wilsons Promontory for something extra special.
Birdwatching
The unusual, salt-secreting mangrove tree can be found at the inlet and birdwatching can be enjoyed at Mahers Landing and Townsend Bluff. From Point Smythe to Venus Bay is a stretch of beach which constitutes one of Victorias largest sand spits. In the north-western corner is a nature conservation reserve and a salt-marsh community can be found at the peripheries. Migratory birds are present and the occasional spotted native cat has been seen in the area. There is a picnic site at Fishermans Jetty.
For a little exercise why not take the 1.5km Screw Creek Nature Walk. This walk will take you through grasslands and white mangroves. It begins near the foreshore caravan park.
Conchologists can visit one of Australias most impressive collections of shells (the Jack Lewis Shell Collection) at the Inverloch Environment, Centre, 1-3 Ramsay Boulevarde. The shell museum, on the foreshore, offers many wow moments with its abundance of various shells from both the Inverloch region and around the world. Theres touch tables full of shells for the kids and more mature explorers. The Bunurong Environment Centre offers information on the regions dinosaur diggings and shells. It also provides a range of brochures on the regions natural history. It provides useful information about the mangroves in the area.
Wonthaggi, just 12km west on the Bass Highway, offers all the regional centre shopping options, services and recreation activities youll need during your Inverloch stay.
JAZZ
For jazz lovers Inverloch has a festival dedicated to the genre on the Labour Day long weekend. A street parade and plenty of bands will keep you enthralled
Driving in the Area
To see the lovely countryside and coastal scenery around Inverloch, drive south-west along the Bunurong Cliffs to Cape Paterson. In the opposite direction, 19 km south-east of Inverloch, is the small village of Tarwin Lower. Both drives are well worthwhile.
Close to Wilsons prom
Distance To Beach :Walk throughs are common throughout Inverloch or just walk to the end of Veronica Street, the beach is less than 600 metres away. Inverloch has Great places to eat, 2 hotels, supermarket, bakeries & much more. Look forward to seeing you there. Enjoy!
