This relaxing home offers ample accommodation for up to 11 people. Situated on the river, with its' own grassed waterfront, moorings and boat ramp, it is ideally situated for water sport lovers. Picture book windows with views over the water will sooth the senses. A plasma TV with DVD player, and digital TV reception are available. A double bedroom with Queen size double bed, a bedroom with standard double bed, another loft bedroom with two single beds, two rooms with double bunk beds and a single divan bed will accommodate the largest family. The home has two bathrooms, one with a front load washing machine.
Cooking in the award winning kitchen is a breeze. A gas cooktop, built in microwave, underbench electric oven, and an integrated dishwasher make meal times a breeze. Dine inside, or in the rear courtyard which is always sheltered, even in windy weather.
Upstairs is the ultimate party and games room. A pool table, table tennis and fussball table mean fun for all. The kids can relax in their own lounge space nearby.
