Situated 4.2 kms from main street/beach in Lorne on the Great Ocean Road.

All Cottages are fully self-contained with sweeping ocean & coastal views, log fires, corner spas, air conditioning, LED digital TVs, DVD player, IPOD docs, stereo and large open plan living areas.

Each cottage has a queen bed in the main bedroom and in the second bedroom a single bed and a set of bunks, each cottage effectively sleeping up to five people comfortably. For further details on our different accommodation options please visit our website.

On site facilities include mini golf, tennis court, swimming pool, barbeque area and guest laundry which are all included in tariff. Linen and towels are provided for all confirmed guests however guests must provide their own food and toilettries.

PLEASE NOTE:
A deposit is requested to confirm all reservations. Bookings will not be held without payment of a deposit.
Deposit can be paid by Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard over the phone. No bookings will be confirmed without payment of deposit by a credit card for security.

CANCELLATIONS:
Deposits are not refundable.
With 21 days notice deposit is fully transferable, and valid for 12 months. With less than 21 days otice deposit will be forfeited unless entire booking period is relet.
Cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply to all cancelled bookings.

* All tariffs based on 2 adults, extra adults incur extra charges.
* Management reserves the right to refuse any bookings at their discretion.

Group bookings and bookings consisting of mainly adults will be charged on a per head basis and may incur extra charges. A bond may also be requested and guests will be held responsible for any property damage and/or extra cleaning required.

Mini Golf and Hand Feeding the Native Birds for general public

Mini Golf is available to the public during daylight hours 7 days a week.
Price is $5.00 per person for unlimited mini golf that same day.

If you would like to feed the native birds, we have bird seed available at the office and also from the vending machine by the mini golf.
Bird Seed is $3.00 per bag.
