Modern 2 story family beach house with 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Downstairs are 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A well appointed kitchen and 2 more living areas. There is a large covered courtyard with BBQ facilities and outdoor dining setting.
There is a DVD/CD player.
Beach access is just across the road.
Undercover parking. Outdoor shower.
The second level of the beachhouse has a self contained bedroom, living room, bathroom and wet area with a deck that offers ocean glimpses, This is available for a separate tarrif but only in conjunction with an existing booking. This would give the holiday tenant 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for their party.
