Description

Gem is a well appointed three bedroom open plan holiday house. Only a three minute walk to beach. The property consists of lounge/dining room, well equipped kitchen with microwave, large bathroom, and three generous sized bedrooms sleeping up to 6 adults, main bedroom has a queen sized bed, second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is a barbeque and outdoor setting in the private paved backyard.

Pearl Beach is a beautiful village located 1 hours drive north of Sydney on the New South Wales Central Coast. The perfect spot to relax and get away from it all.

  • "The house was clean, neat and well laid out - with more than sufficent bedding and linin provided. The rooms are quite spacious and the Kitchen is well equipped. It was a really short walk to the beach, and a nice walk over to the headlands. The backyard was bigger than photos suggested and we spent most evenings outside. There is also a second living area which warmed up in the afternoon sun wonderfully. Pearl Beach has a general store for groceries, but most things would have to be purchanced in Umina - which is a fair walk away. Anyone staying for extended periods would need to expect to drive for groceries but Umina is about 5 minutes away.Woywoy and Gosford are supprisingly close, and Erina Fair wasnt a significantly long drive either, and it has extensive recreational facilities if you want to spent a day shopping. Overall we were looking for a beautiful quiet place to get away and relax for a week on the beach and we found it at Gem at Pearl Beach!"

  • "We spent a lovely 4 nights in GEM and would happily do so again. Good location, with a short shady stroll to the beach. All was clean and tidy, great fenced yard and covered outdoor area, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and extra pillows! My daughter celebrated her 5th Birthday during our stay so she calls GEM 'My Birthday Holiday House' :)"

  • "We had a great visit at "Gem" and Pearl Beach. The beach house was amazing and perfect for our family. WIth 2 little girls, the back garden and gated fence made for safe and no worries. Helen was extremely helpful (we booked on Friday afternoon to arrive on Friday night) and had a travel cot and high chair there for us upon arrival. The short walk to the beach was perfect. We would recommend this beach house for a great week or weekend away."
