This immaculate 4 bedroom home is close to everything! Comprising of undercover front verandah with security lighting which leads into an open plan kitchen featuring dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and gas oven. A large dining area with a 8 seater dining setting leads out of a sliding door to the front undercover verandah with a 6 piece outdoor setting plus another two chairs and table to kick back and relax on a sunny afternoon!
The spacious loungr room inlcudes two sofas which can seat up to 8-9 guests whilst watching a 41" LCD TV/DVD. Ducted heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans are located throughout the house.
4 bedrooms (Master with 1XDB and brand new ensuite, vanity, toilet and shower) 2nd bedroom 2xSB with BIRS, 3rd bedroom 1XQB with BIR, and 4th bedroom 1XDB, all well presented with quality linen.
A sunny and bright bathroom is a 2 way bathroom with a corner spa and vanity and this leads to a separate toilet and shower which can lead into the fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
All linen and towels included in the tariff. BYO beach towels only. Small outside dog (permitted at owners discretion) together with a fully fenced rear under cover courtyard with gas BBQ and an additional table and 8 chairs makes this property a perfect place to relax on holidays!
