We offer a select collection of quality apartments, houses and cottages in Brighton and surrounding suburbs. With a beautiful range of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom properties and each property having its own distinctive appeal, we have something for everyone. The photos and descriptions above are examples of our portfolio.

Our friendly, helpful team can help you choose the perfect property for you with their excellent knowledge of locations and property facilities. We take the time to understand your needs and will ensure your booking is handled professionally and with exceptional service. Our office is open 7 days a week excluding some public holidays, and one of our management team is on-call until 9pm every night ensuring that someone is contactable for maintenance emergencies.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights

Our philosophy is to include everything upfront in our rates, with no hidden extras.

INCLUDED in our standard rates:
- Great customer service, with our office open 7 days a week including after hours contact until 9pm every day of the year
- Broadband internet
- Local phone calls
- Weekly servicing
- Quality bed linen and towels
- Quality furnishings and unique styling
- Car Parking (depending on property)
- Portacot if required
