An additional living area downstairs leads out to the patio and lawns with an outdoor cold beach shower as well. A secure double lockup garage for the cars, surfboards and fishing rods!

2 verandas upstairs and 2 Patio areas downstairs front and back , flat private landscaped gardens. Plenty of grass for the children to play on. Front lawn fenced for safe play and rear lawn large enough for backyard cricket.

Broadband Internet connection point and wireless facilities allow you to keep in touch when away from the office. If you must!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES OF ANY KIND; THIS IS A CONDITION OF THE BOND. Excessive noise or numbers of people on the property exceeding the tenancy agreement may result in total loss of bond and/or immediate eviction. The small street-facing back verandah is not for use after 10:00pm as it has great negative impact on the resident neighbours.
