Located within a short flat walk to the local shopping village.
Bold colours dominate the decore and add to the holiday atmosphere. Accommodates up to 12 people, 2 full size bathrooms - the Master Bedroom boasting a sunken spa bath, and an additional outdoor cold beach shower as well.
Large lounge / dining areas that open onto a full length deck overlooking Copacabana Beach and the Lagoon.
An additional rumpus area downstairs leads out to the patio and lawns ~ and from there wander straight out on to the beach.
A double lockup garage for the cars or the surfboards!

Outdoor relaxation areas
2 verandas upstairs and 2 Patio areas downstairs front and back , flat private landscaped gardens. Plenty of grass for the children to play on.

TV,DVD/VCR and Sound System on both levels. X- Box console available on the upper level.

Broadband Internet connection point and wireless facilities allow you to keep in touch when away from the office. If you must work do so at the beach!

Absolute Beach Front at Copacabana with direct access onto the Beach & Lagoon. Centrally placed between Copacabana and McMasters beach. A private coartyard hiding you from the street. Enjoy fantastic ocean views.
Just over one hour north from Sydney, approx 10 minutes from Terrigal, and 3 mins from Avoca Beach.

There is a wide selection of beauty therapists and massage therapists available, some can be arranged to visit you at the cottage for some pampering. Imagine a massage on the beach deck whilst sipping champagne.

A great resturant within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy some wine with dinner without the worry of how to get home.

Cater to most requirements. Bakery, Newsagent, Post office, Groceries, Restaurants, Cafes, Video, Liquor, Hamburger Shop, Hairdressers.

A well known surf beach with surf clubs patrolling the beach in warmer weather.
