This near new home has to be lived to be appreciated for its exceptional holiday living. Ideal for two families. A huge kitchen for dining and entertaining, a massive theatre room for movie nights. It even has a bar and entertaining area for those nights when a great wine is just the tonic you are chasing.
The house also comes with an outdoor shower for when you and your friends have spent a big day at the beach and a ping pong table for plenty of fun. There is also a new Air Hockey Table,a soccer table & Table Tennis table to keep all the kids (big & small) amused!
Bed Configuration as follows: (no bunkbeds!)
Bedroom one : 1 x Queen size bed
Bedroom Two : 3 x Single beds
Bedroom Three: 1 x Queen size bed & 1 x King Single bed
Bedroom Four : 2 x Single beds
Please note that bedrooms 1 and 2 are at one end of the house, whilst bedroom 3 and 4 are at the other end of the house and are completely private.
The Grand Retreat is situated in Busselton - one of the best holiday destinations imaginable. The relaxed lifestyle, sensational beaches and only a short drive to the famous Margaret River (and plenty of winneries along the way) there is no other place to be.
The Grand Retreat is only a short stroll to the beach, is opposite a picturesque and large park and is only a very short drive to the Busselton Town Centre.
Bring your own linen (pillow covers, bed sheets and towels). Quilts and pillows are provided. Please feel free to bring your own pillows and sleeping bags if you wish.
We can provide linen and towels for you on request. Please call Nav on to discuss your needs.
