A Room with a View is primarily designed for individual Couples seeking some tranquil indulgence. Floor-to-ceiling windows take full advantage of the amazing view - a sweeping valley that frames a huge ocean expanse and a sky which is a feature in itself - see our web -site: roomwithaview. com. au for more details and menu options and a more detailed Availability Calendar ie suite or studio.
This B&B accommodation is NOT suitable for families as there is only the one bedroom in either of the studios & the 2storey suite. Both studios & suite contains a queensize bed, sofa, tv, dvd, cd player, electric panel heater, ceiling fans, has an ensuite bathroom with twin spa, basic kitchenette ( NO oven or hotplates ) and private balcony.
We can provide a rollaway bed for third person but are not suitable for young children.
An optional breakfast may be delivered to your room each morning at the time you desire - from $7-18 per person. The choices include freshly baked pastries, toasted fruit & nut breads and fresh espresso coffee along with juices and many more options - a complimentary basket of assorted cereals is provided in all rooms.
Fully cooked breakfasts such as Berry Pancakes, English Breakfast, Fruit Risotto, Herb Omelettes etc may also be offered.
[Pet Friendly Details]
We welcome (by prior arrangement only) all well behaved and quiet dogs on an outside-only basis but can allow house-trained, non-hair-shedding varieties to come inside if necessary. We can provide a kennel and day-bed for your four-legged friend however all other items including bedding are the dog owner's responsibility.
Dogs are not permitted on any furniture or bedding that we provide and must not be left unattended at any time although arrangements may be made with prior consultation.
We are 14kms east of Apollo Bay - extremely central to most local attractions. Most waterfalls are within 35mins driving time, the closest are approx 8mins.
There are several wineries in the hinterland within an hours drive and the 12 Apostles are approx 1.5hrs away. Secluded beaches are to be found at the base of our road.
Apollo Bay which is only 15mins away, offers many cosmopolitan delights such as excellent cafes, restaurants and interesting shops.
