PROPERTY
We offer a beautiful, clean and spacious home for your holiday. In the lounge room there's a very comfortable leather suite, 42" plasma television, dvd player and stereo. The kitchen is ultra modern and includes stone bench tops, a ceramic cook top, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer and overlooks the dining room where you can access the paved patio area. We have 3 bedrooms - king, queen and 2 singles.
Because Perth can be very hot in summer but a bit 'nippy' (well by our standards it can be!) in winter, we've also installed refrigerated ducted airconditioning and heating throughout.
The outdoor entertaining area has a 6 seater table and modern 4 burner stainless steel barbeque.
For the family travelling with young children, we also have toys and games for them to play with.
Close to cafes, restaurants and local attractions like Point Walter, Fremantle Docks, the Bell Tower, Kings Park, Cottesloe Beach, the Swan Valley and the Swan River.

For your convenience, wireless internet is now available if required.
Should you like to own any of the artwork displayed in Welcome Home, it is for sale by well-known local artist Kathy Elizabeth. The artwork can be professionally removed from the frames for ease of transport if anyone wishes to purchase a painting.

A large shade sail keeps the alfresco area cool and is the perfect spot for an evening barbecue and glass of wine.
Welcome Home is your "home away from home" ........ a place to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday experience in Western Australia.
Concerned about where to park your car ..... there is secure parking for one car, and off-street parking for up to 2 cars with space if necessary for another car to park on the grass verge.
Convenience to local attractions
Nearby are wonderful cafes and restaurants with local attractions like Point Walter, Fremantle Docks, the Bell Tower, Kings Park, Cottesloe Beach, the Swan Valley and the Swan River.
For those visitors not wishing to hire a car, a bus service is just a few minutes walk away for a hassle free trip to the heart of Fremantle or the local shops of Booragoon.
Welcome Home is a great base for exploring the surrounding area with many parks within walking distance.
When submitting your booking enquiry, we would very much appreciate you advising if you are a couple sharing the same bedroom, or singles requiring separate bedrooms.
MINIMUM STAYS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY - CHECK WITH OWNER IF LESS REQUIRED.
An extra cleaning fee of $40 per hour is charged if property is not left as found.
