Description

This Cute 3 Bedroom House has been beautifully furnished with a touch of French Provincial and is ideal for a peaceful getaway.

This is our Family's holiday house & we are happy to share it with those wanting to explore the Mornington Peninsula.

Available for rent for families and individuals over 25 yrs of age.

Centrally located close to all amenities that the area has to offer including stunning beaches, walking tracks, cafes, golf, Hot Springs, Bars and Restaurants. (see below)

Property Features

The house has 3 bedrooms to sleep 7 in comfort. Queen bed for Mum & Dad, Double bed for a teenager/in laws, & Triple Bunks for two/three kids. Perfect for the family, but NOT suitable for a schoolies type holiday.

The property features a secure backyard, microwave, air-conditioning, Wood Heater, TV, CD & DVD players, and carport - all in a quiet residential area.
A very relaxing time for all.

Please bring your own linen and towels. (Linen available at an additional cost).
Strictly NO smoking inside.
Strictly NO pets.

It's in a great location for being just down the road to the town of Rye and around the corner in the other direction to the Hot springs. The fireplace is an absolute gem and there is plenty of wood provided. I would suggest a curtain to cover the kitchen area though, to help keep the heat where it's needed. The rooms are very comfortable and there's plenty to keep you warm, and your basics are covered. I'll definitely come back and stay!"
