Description
Our farmstay is family friendly and pet friendly. We have 7 self contained cottages. 4 cottage are two bedroom with sleeping for 5 people. Our largest unit "The Lodge" has 3 bedrooms and sleeping for 8 people. It is completely wheelchair accessible. We also have an elegant Bed & Breakfast room in our Farmhouse with a huge ensuite and private access through romantic french doors. 2 new one bedroom cottages have just been added to the property. We have an activity room with table tennis, Foosball and a drawing board. A playground has been established near the three smaller cottages. Each cottage has its own outdoor area and BBQ and all kitchens are very well set up. Long walks along the river or pat the animals. We have horses, ponies, donkeys, alpacas, cows, some pet sheep and pigs and even an ostrich. Please help us at feed time in the afternoons and then collect some eggs from the hens and ducks. Simply relax and enjoy the beautiful country. If you wish to bring you pet, please ask for our "Dog Policy". We do not have enclosed yards for dogs and they must be on a lead in the cottage areas and not taken near the animals.
Our rates range from $150.00 to $250.00 per night.
The cottages
"Aussie Bush" cottage is country living style with pot belly stove and clawfoot bath. Relax on the wide veranda and enjoy the views of the bush. BBQ provided. Queen size bed in one room, double and single in the other. Lots of pots and pans. The cottage is solar powered and have evap air-conditioning in summer. $190.00 per night. Sleeps up to 5 people
"Valencia" cottage has a Mediterranean them. Elegant bathroom and clean white tiles. Queen bed in one room with three singles in the other to make sleeping for 5. Cots and high chairs available. Relax on the patio and enjoy a BBQ. The activity room is near by. In winter we have camp fires if the weather permits. The cottage is solar powered. Wood heater in winter, air-con in summer if you need it. $190 per night, sleeps up to 5 people.
"Bali Hai" has a tropical island theme. There is a 4 poster bed, a double and a single. The bathroom is huge with corner bath and separate shower. Lots of indoor and outdoor living space with BBQ and a water feature. Again wood fire in winter and ceiling fans in summer. $190.00 per night, Sleeps up to 5 people
"Rose Cottage and The Orchard Chalet" our newest one bedroom cottages, especially for the romantically inclined. As with our other cottages each has a well set up kitchen, wood fire in winter, cooling in summer, an out door area with BBQ. Cots and high chairs available. $150.00 per night Sleep 2 people only (plus baby)
The Lodge & Kirribilli
Our largest unit is called The Lodge. It has 3 very large bedrooms and sleeping for 8 people. There is a King, Queen and 4 single beds. As with all our cottages, cots and high chair available. This unit is fully wheelchair accessible. There is a huge patio with a couple of hammocks and bush garden. Drive right up to the front door. $250.00 per night
The newest unit is called Kirribilli. This is a modern 2 bedroom unit with sleeping for 6 people in spacious bedrooms. $200.00 per night
Separating Kirribilli and The Lodge is a large common room (or small conference room) with separate toilet. Guests in The Lodge have access to this common room. Joining the two units together allows for sleeping for 14 people over 12 beds. - 2 kitchens, 2 lounge rooms, 3 bathrooms.

Rates shown are for 2 bedroom self contained cottages. The Lodge is $250.00 per night and The Red Room and 1 bedroom cottages are $150.00 per night. 2 night minimum stay in The Lodge. 2 night minimum for weekends (Friday/Saturday) and school holidays except B&B room and 1 bedroom cottages.
