Fabulous 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit in a small new complex next to Woorim Beach.
This privately owned apartment has all the modern conveniences you need to make your holiday a memorable experience, including ducted air conditioning, state of the art stainless steel kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fan oven and a separate laundry with a washer and dryer.
The unit sleeps 4 and has 2 large bedrooms with 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds. All linen and towels are provided.
The main bedroom has an en-suite with shower and has direct access onto the balcony overlooking the pool. There is also a separate bathroom that has a large bath and an additional shower.
The unit is situated overlooking the pool, on the first floor of a 3 story block of apartments.
The complex has a lift, secure undercover parking and security intercom. It is close to the shops and adjacent to two delightful children's playgrounds a skate park and parks with BBQ facilities, as well as 200 metres form the Surf Club and Patrolled beach.
The unit is cool and contemporary with tiled floors in the living area, leather lounge suite and inside or outside dining options.
Guests are requested to leave the apartment in a similar clean and tidy condition upon departure.
Linen and towels are provided. We also supply dishwasher powder, washing up liquid hand soap etc. There will also be some tea and coffee too.
PLEASE NOTE: $200 refundable CASH bond required on hand over of keys.

Unit 4 at Bribie on First is 45 mins from Brisbane Airport.
Follow the Bruce Highway NORTH, exit at the Bribie Island turnoff. Follow Bribie Island Rd for approx. 20 klms. After crossing the Bribie Island bridge across Pumicestone Passage, follow the signs toward WOORIM. Take the third exit at the roundabout with the BP petrol Station and then keep going straight for about 4km's. Bribie on First is on the right hand side just as you enter Woorim.
If arriving by train, alight at Caboolture station, there is a regular bus service to Bribie island (640) that leaves the station at 13mins past the hour.
