Description

This immaculately presented family holiday home is situated on an elevated block to take advantage of the cooling sea breezes, accommodates up to 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms 1 open plan living area with 42 inch flat screen TV, Fujitsu split system (heating & cooling) and Coonara heater in the living area, carpet throughout.

Very well located, approx. 3 km to the beautiful Rye front beach and shops. Front deck with outdoor setting/umbrella and gas BBQ. Double lock up garage with remote and internal access.

Plenty of off street parking, and plenty of space for the kids to play.

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed, walk in robe & ensuite
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds, and 2 x Trundle Beds, with BIR's
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed, with BIR's

  • "The family spent a fantastic week at Alwyn Retreat. Situated in a perfect secluded postion close to a number of quality golf courses however the main Rye shopping strip is only a 4 minute drive. At night, sitting on the expansive balcony sipping a wine you can hear the roar of the ocean from the Back Beach. The house is very welcoming, well presented,very clean everything you need for a short or long stay is provided. Thanks guys !"
