Large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located close to the centre of town. Approx 10 minute easy, flat walk to the centre of town. A 10 - 15 minute walk takes you to one of the boat ramps on the river and a short drive will take you to the Flinders Bay boat ramp.
The home consists of a large separate lounge, large living area, huge kitchen with large oven and plenty of bench space. The home is large enough to accommodate 8 people with ease. Outside is a verandah where you can sit, relax and enjoy. The home is set up for 8 people.
Bedding Configuration -
Main bedroom - queen bed and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 singles
Bedroom 4 - queen bed
Main bathroom - large shower and separate bath.
Linen is available for hire at an additional cost.
