Description

*A large freestanding home divided into two levels - combining to sleep 14-17 guests - internal access to both.

*Beachfront - air conditioned - uninterrupted magical views of Copacabana & McMasters beaches and ocean as far as the eye can see. Five minutes from Avoca Beach, ten minutes from Terrigal Beach. Fifteen minutes from our enormous Erina Fair Shopping Centre. Our new Copacabana Surf Life Saving Club is now completed and available for hire for special functions.

* Large front deck with direct views of the beaches and ocean, the perfect place to relax - sip champagne and watch the waves roll in whilst stretching out on the sun lounges, view the sailing ships and all the activity on the beach. Quality wooden settings allowing 17 guests to sit together. Electric Party Barrel Drink Cooler is also provided.

*4 large covered entertaining areas with ample quality seating, ideal for sharing with family & friends. Front & back upper - front & back lower. Two 6 burner BBQ\'s with wok.

*Privately owned by our family and maintained & cleaned to a very high standard at all times with bed clothes laundered on a very regular basis.

*Large top quality refrigerators in each unit + 40 wine bottle chiller, 50 beverage can cooler & 2 refrigerated barrel drink coolers on castors.

*Fully fenced secure backyard - corner flat block - ample parking available.

*Lockable special purpose cupboards for surfboards, wetsuits and fishing rods & gear.

*No hills to climb - just a flat level short walk to the shops, cafes & restaurant.

*Copacabana and MacMasters beaches are ideal for swimming, surfing, jogging, walking, relaxing or fishing.

*Beach patrolled September to end of school holidays in April; rock pool at end of beach (great for snorkelling & younger children).

*Long leisurely strolls can be taken along the full length of both beaches, taking in the salt air, giving all who partake an invigorating lift.

*Portable cots (2), pram/stroller and high chairs (2) available upon request.

*All photographs included on this site are taken from the property and are the actual views you will enjoy.
* Visa, MasterCard & direct deposit facilities available.
*A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking.
*A $1,000 bond will apply.
*Minimum stay 2 nights except public holiday weekends where a minimum of 3 nights applies and 4 nights Easter weekend.
*Bookings are NOT accepted for bucks weekends.
*CANCELLATION POLICY: Following clearance of your deposit, your booking is confirmed by email and your deposit becomes non-refundable. However, if the cancellation is more than 30 days prior to occupancy, we will attempt to rebook the period again and if successful, will refund the deposit less all credit card charges plus $100.00 administration fee. November 1 - March 30, Public Holidays and School Holidays do NOT apply and the deposit is non-refundable for these periods.

COPACABANA BEACH RETREAT - HOME WITH 2 SEPARATE LEVELS

UPPER LEVEL -
*3 bedrooms - Queen in main; queen in bedroom 2 (both with panoramic views of the beach & ocean); twin beds in bedroom 3; plus a single fold-away.
*Panoramic uninterrupted views from living areas including Kitchen and dining which is equipped with large 80cm TV, DVD, Video & CD players; DVD, CD & video library, radio & clock, reading material, games (eg, monopoly, scrabble, poker plus many others) and a portable radio/cassette/cd player for use on decks;
*Bathroom consists of bath, shower, vanity & hairdryer; *Separate WC;
*Kitchen generously equipped (enough cutlery, plates, cups, glasses etc. for seventeen guests with still some left in cupboard) oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator;
*Laundry equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes basket & pegs, vacuum, iron & board, brooms, mops etc.; Outside clothes line.
*Electric wok, rice cooker, frypan, sandwich maker, sandwich press, can opener, mixer & knife, hot plate for use outdoors, drinking water chiller and coffee machine - an absolutely entertainer\'s delight for sure!
*Four Stainless Steel gas patio heaters for the cooler months
*Electric blankets on all beds in cooler months

LOWER LEVEL -
*2 bedrooms with queen in main and 2 trio bunks (i.e. 2 x double and 2 x single - sleeping 6 people) in bedroom 2; plus two single fold-aways.
* Panoramic views of Copacabana & McMaster\'s beaches from the lounge room which is equipped with TV; DVD, Video & CD players, portable radio/cd/cassette player, CD, DVD & video library, reading material and games;
*Bathroom includes shower, vanity & wc plus hairdryer; *Dining area; generously equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, large new refrigerator;
*Laundry equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes basket & pegs, vacuum cleaner, iron & board, brooms etc.;
*Fully fenced backyard attached with large covered entertaining area with ample seating and 6 burner BBQ.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

*April, May, June, July, August and September makes the property a perfect spot for whale watching.
*Early morning see the keen surfers at our famous Copa point and swimming is patrolled at both Copa and Macs.

*Walking the beach in the early morning or late afternoon provides a level walk with spectacular ocean views for which Copacabana is famous. Keep following the beach around to the south and you will come to the lagoon where both fishing and kayaking will help you enjoy your day.

*Pampering: There is a wide selection of beauty therapists & massage therapists available, some can be arranged to visit you at the house. Pamphlets with contact details are supplied.

*If relaxation is your holiday theme, then lay back and enjoy the Copacabana environs.

*Copacabana Beach is a unique little village in that it does not have high-rise or motels/hotels - the perfect place to get away from it all.

*Restaurants and cafes are a short flat 200 metres walk and Avoca & Terrigal 5-10 mins north where there is an abundance of restaurants, cafes, stores, pubs, clubs offering versatile cuisine to suit everyone\'s palate.
*HUGE shopping centre at Erina Fair including ice skating rink, movie cinemas, library, restaurants etc.
* Bouddhi National Park is only minutes away and offers bushwalking and wildlife for nature enthusiasts.
*Tennis courts are also available, located a short walk from the property and can be booked at the local newsagent.
