Description
It is a two storey house.
The top level comprises of 4 bedrooms, spa bathroom, toilet, sitting room and balcony with beach and mountain views.
Three of the bedrooms have queen beds.
One has a double bed. One bedroom has a wardrobe.
The lower level is an open plan living area which comprises of a kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge.
There is one bathroom upstairs with a spa bath, shower and vanity.
There are two toilets one upstairs, which is separate from the bathroom. The other is downstairs.
The rear patio has a clear roof for all weather dining, it has an outdoor setting and bbq area overlooking the inground pool.
There is a double garage available for your cars and or sports equipment, surfboards etc. it is not lockable.
We cater for small family groups, two or three couples or a reduced rate for one couple that is two people. Our house is tucked away in a quiet street yet close to all you need for your beach stay. THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR A PARTY OR FUNCTION, sorry we want to maintain the quiet haven it is.
LOCATION
Werri Beach is one of the most popular surf beaches on the south coast.
It is situated between Kiama 10mins to the north and Berry 10mins to the south.
Gerringong village is a short walk, it provides cafes, restaurants, gourmet deli, supermarket and the famous Cronin Pub.
Many of our guests have told us how much they loved having the local bowling club just 2 minutes walk from the house.
Werri Beach is a pristene beach with a lagoon on the northern end and a wading and swimming pool set into the rock platform on the southern end.
There are many fishing spots either on the beach or from the rock platforms at each end of the beach.
Beautiful Gerringong Golf Course is only 2 minutes drive south.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

*Bush walking many lovely locations Minnamurra Rainforest, Drawing Room Rocks or nearby National Parks.

*The local Surf Schools attract visitors from all over the world.
* NEW COAST WALK at northern end of Werri follow the track to Kiama.
*Winery tours organised if you all feel like indulging in the fine wines or a list of local wineries is available for you to see at your leisure.
