Description

A refurbished home only 2minutes walk to beautiful Werri Beach, with a pool in the backyard.
Each level has beach and mountain views.
The upper level comprises of 4 bedrooms, spa bathroom, sitting room and balcony. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and one has a double bed.
The lower level is an open plan living area which comprises of a kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge.
The rear patio has an outdoor setting and bbq area overlooking the inground pool.
The home is fully equipped to cater for 6 comfortably.
Children are welcome and are classified as 12yrs and under when adding them to your booking.

We cater for small family groups, two or three couples or a reduced rate for one couple that is two people. Our house is tucked away in a quiet street yet close to all you need for your beach stay. THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR A PARTY OR FUNCTION, sorry we want to maintain the quiet haven it is.

The MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE including CHILDREN/BABIES is 6.

BED LINEN and TOWELS provided. Beds are made ready to fall into.

LOCATION

Werri Beach is one of the most popular surf beaches on the south coast. Located at Gerringong a quaint seaside village just 1.5 hours from Sydney. It is situated between Kiama 10mins to the north and Berry 10mins to the south. Gerringong village about a 5 minute walk, provides cafes, restaurants, gourmet deli, supermarket and the famous Cronin Pub.
Many of our guests have told us how much they loved having the local bowling club just 2 minutes walk from the house.
Werri Beach is a pristene beach with a lagoon on the northern end and a wading and swimming pool set into the rock platform on the southern end.
There are many fishing spots either on the beach or from the rock platforms at each end of the beach.
Beautiful Gerringong Golf Course is only 2 minutes drive south.
