Basking in beautiful north-eastern sunlight and offering exceptional 180 views across the Pacific Ocean, this huge 4 bedroom penthouse boasts a relaxed yet sophisticated ambience; perfect as a romantic and relaxing getaway.
The masterful use of glass, timbers and light combine to take advantage of this abundant treehouse whilst you listen to the water lapping the sands, setting a very relaxed tempo that encourages you to sit back, relax and simply unwind.
Featuring a huge open plan living space flowing to a wrap around outdoor terrace overlooking the beach, gourmet stainless steel chef's kitchen with miele appliances and den/games room. It boasts three large bedrooms all with their own private ensuite as well as spiral staircase that leads up to the fourth bedroom/rumpus room in the loft.
All three bedrooms have balcony access.

Step downstairs and enjoy coffee and whilst perusing your emails or walk across the road to the famous restaurant "Pearls on the Beach".
Also providing under cover parking in the basement.
Be as active or relaxed as yo like. The beach, the Commelin Native Arboretum and the surrounding Brisbane Waters National Park are musts to explore. Strolling the streets is a delightful way to spend a few hours with friends.
KAYAK HIRE
Single or double Kayaks are available for hire from the general store beneath. The best time for a serious paddle is early morning but there is no better family fun than in a kayak at any time of the day. Single hire from $15 per hour, double $25 per hour.
FISHING
Pearl Beach has something to offer every angler regardless of skill. In the late evening and early morning local fishermen have their surf rods peppered along the beachc. The rocks beside the pool are another favourite spot for fishing. Bait and tackle are available from the general store below.
TENNIS
Tennis courts are available for hire. They are located at the end of Opal Close (a two minute walk). For bookings phone .
CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND
Opposite is the most amazing children's playground. Equipped with swings, climbing sets and much more, children will be delighted at the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in a magical setting just across the road.
WARRAH TRIG
The views from the Warrah Trig are some of the most spectacular anywhere on the coast. You can drive to the trig but the best way to take in all the beauty is by walking up the fire trail that starts at the top of Crystal Avenue.
THE WATERFALL
At the end of Emeral Ave is a walking track that will lead you to the waterfall above Pearl Beach. The track can be a challenge in certain conditions but when the waterfall is flowing it is an impressive sight.
PAUL LANDA RESERVE
Paul Landa was the Attorney General in the Wran Labor Govt. In addition to owning a house in Pearl Beach he made many contributions to the area. After his death a small park at the end of Green Point Road was named in his memory.
THE OCEAN POOL
Located at the southern end of the beach (a two minute walk) is the ocean pool. The pool was constructed eighty years ago and is one of the last remaining ocean pools on the NSW coast.
CROMMELIN ARBORETUM
The Aboretum is an area of 4.5 hectares. The area was set aside by Gosford Council in the mid seventies at the request of the local community, for the development of a native botanic garden. Thirty years later the Arboretum is a tribute to the foresight of the community and the efforts of a team of volunteers dedicated to its maintenance. Crisscrossed by easy walking paths, the Arboretum is mainly oopen forest and a perfect place to relax.
THE LAGOON
Hidden between Diamond Road and Coral Crescent, the Lagoon is home to many varieties of water fowl; a tranquil retreat which needs to be respected and protected. The lagoon is most accessed from the corner of Coral Crescent and Agate Avenue - please stay on the walking tracks.
WHY PEARL BEACH
There is not another spot in Australia where the bushland and the beach sit in such harmony with each other. The bushland is home to a rich array of native animals - Wallabies, Echidnas, the upiquitous Brush Turkey, and King Parrots. If you walk the streets of Pearl Beach and the surrounding bushland you will be rewarded with a huge range of native flora.
Cross the road to the award winning Restaurant "Pearls on the Peach", walk downstairs to the convenience store and cafe. Pearl beach is an idyllic swimming beach with a 25m ocean pool. Popular fishing beach. The surrounding area is a National Park with designated walking trails with wonderful views of this spectacular region.
