This 3 bedroom holiday house with fireplace is the perfect winter retreat or ideal as a base for your summer holiday being only 600 metres walk to the edge of the bay beaches and village.

Enjoy a BBQ on the covered deck, equipped with outdoor furniture. Mt Martha is known for abundant, colourful bird life, which inhabit this leafy area.

North Haven is located at the end of a no through road, so privacy and peace are assured.

The property has 3 bedrooms (2 x queens) with robes and 1 x bunk bedroom, sleeping 6 people in total. The is a separate bathroom (with bath/shower and vanity) and separate toilet. A separate laundry houses a washing machine and dryer.

On entrance through the covered veranda walk into an open plan lounge (with fireplace) dining (for 6) and a quaint older style kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and stove.

North Haven is suitable for families. Toys, games and a cubby are provided.

North Haven Cottage is a lovely place to base your holiday to enjoy many local attractions such as Briars Park, Red Hill Wineries, boutique shopping at Mornington's Main Street, dining in Mt Martha and enjoying local beach activities at Mt Martha (Surf Lifesaving Club) and Safety Beach (Sailing Club).
