Special: $750 PW. MASSIVE 20% DISCOUNT ON WEEKLY RATES FOR BOOKINGS TO 29 AUGUST ONLY.

Baybreak is a comfy, light and airy, 3 bedroom cottage located just a few minutes walk from the beach & white sands of Vincentia, on Jervis Bay. It has lots of character, polished timber floors, beach house feel, large outdoor deck for alfresco dining & plenty of glass which captures the natural surroundings. The house is designed and furnished for relaxed living; the upper level consists of living-room, main bedroom (Q/S bed with ensuite) and a seperate studio / sunroom which offers a quiet refuge from the rest of the house. All 3 of these rooms open onto the elevated, private deck with an outlook through the trees in our garden.

There are 2 other bedrooms located on the lower level of the cottage (one has a D/B, the other 2 x singles), with their own bathroom. The well equipped kitchen and dining room are located on the mezzanine level. Mod cons include large screen LCD TV, DVD, Hi-fi + Ipod dock, BBQ, microwave oven & washing machine. We provide a selection of CDs, DVD movies, games & holiday readings for the enjoyment of our guests after a busy day’s recreation in and around the waters & bushland of one of the world’s most beautiful marine park reserves.

The house is set back from the road in a bushland garden setting, behind a stand of gums. It’s a short stroll to beach, boat ramp, shops and restaurants. It will especially suite those looking for a relaxing break, close to the Bay's wonderful ocean playground and appreciated by guests looking for quality furnishings with those little added touches to make your stay all that more special.

The abundance of trees on the property are home to families of Rosellas, Lorikeets, Kookaburras and Possums and can provide a truly magnificent spectacle, especially at feeding time.

To ensure the comfort of our guests, we accept bookings of a maximum 6 persons.

What to do

Vincentia is one of a cluster of villages on beautiful Jervis Bay, Australia's premier ocean marine park, just 2.5 hrs easy drive south of Sydney.

The beaches surrounding the area are renowned for having the whitest sands in the world. The calm, crystal blue/green waters of the Bay are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, diving, boating, kayaking, fishing, dolphin watching & in WINTER there is whale watching. Off the water there is golf, bushwalking, dining & much more, all within a short distance from the house.

Commendations from our guests

Jervis Bay is such a beautiful place. Loved the National Park and seeing the whales. Thank you for the use of your lovely home and thoughtfulness in all you provided to make our stay comfortable. (Margaret, Northcote, Victoria)

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at Baybreak. We loved the house and all its personal touches. We will be back!! Compliments to the cleaners also, the house was spotless. (Tracy, Canberra)

We had a great time in your house, it is absolutely beautiful and you have great taste. (The only regret we had is that we did not have more time)....Thanks a lot. The weather was so good and my parents loved the beach. (Lina, Canberra)

Thanks for a lovely stay at Baybreak. We all had a great time and a well equipped house was appreciated. (Lucy Hadfield, Fairlight)

Thank you, we had a lovely stay at Baybreak and especially enjoyed the native trees in your garden which attracts all the beautiful rosellas, kookaburras etc. We spent much time in the sunroom watching the birdlife antics and due to the wet weather conditions, we managed to complete the jigsaw. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your great property which we shall be recommending to our friends unreservedly. Merry Christmas. (Kym Medland, Dolls Point)

We had a lovely stay at Baybreak. It has a really relaxed and cosy feel, with all the necessities and a few extra bonuses.

We particularly loved feeding the colourful lorikeets on the sunny patio.

We'll stay at Baybreak again when we want to have a chill-out stay at Jervis Bay.

The kids & I really enjoyed our time in Jervis Bay and our stay at the house. We were comfortable and relaxed. We loved all the little things that made the difference, such as the supply of DVDs, games, books, the basic kitchen supplies, bird seed, etc. It felt like our own holiday home! We also loved the fact that the place was large enough for everyone to have their own quiet space and time out - just what we needed after a busy year! Jervis Bay is beautiful and definitely worth the long drive - we'd certainly love to be back again given the opportunity!

Thank you for a relaxing stay at Baybreak. We were entertained by the local wildlife and had great fun on the beaches, in kayaks, fishing and at the pub! The balcony gave our family a great opportunity to enjoy our dinner in the warm summer evenings

We really enjoyed our stay at Baybreak. It is very neat and quiet, a comfortable place for us to stay. We like the provision of variety of DVD and board games that we can spend our evening together with fun.

The location of the house is also very close to the shops, restaurants and beach, making everything very convenient. We would not hesitate to recommend this place.
