The downstairs family room, entire kitchen, powder room, and both master bathrooms have been fully gutted and renovated to provide a modern and beautiful home.

Welcome to our Spacious and Spectacular beach house. We have been property owners in Rehoboth beach for over 17 years and love providing memorable vacations to each of our renters. You will not be transferred to a realtor when renting our properties.
We aim to provide our beautiful, popular and relaxing beach home to respectful renters at competitive rates.

In order to keep our property in pristine condition, we offer our families with little ones great rates during the end of May and early June as we do not rent to graduating groups under 25 years of age.

Our property shows like a model yet is comfortable and fun for all ages. It offers colorful unique painting, custom window treatments, spacious rooms, high quality mattresses and special touches to make your vacation easy and relaxing. Be assured that your family will want to return year after year to stay in this comfortable family friendly beach vacation home. This two-story twin home and provides 2000 square feet of living area and sleeps 8-10 people comfortably.

The Keys of Marsh Harbor is a community of single and twin homes that brings a sense of the Florida Keys to the Rehoboth Beach area. This innovatively designed beach community features a COMMUNITY POOL, PERFECT FOR A QUICK DIP OR ALL DAY RELAXATION, tennis court and beautifully landscaped grounds with ornamental grass, flowering trees and a pond at the entrance. It is quiet and peaceful. This community is very convenient to almost all of the local attractions. We are conveniently located off Route 1 in Rehoboth behind Jungle Jim's Water park, a wonderful attraction. The closest outlets start within 1/4 mile and we are just 1 short mile to the beach/boardwalk. Dewey is 2 miles away. Conveniently, there is a PARK N RIDE across the street from our neighborhood which you can walk to or load your car and drive across the street for a car group rate. You no longer have have to worry about parking as this Dart Shuttle can take you to the beach, movies, outlets or many other locations. Shuttles depart routinely, every 5 minutes to most locations and run from early morning til late evening for dollars per day. These shuttles are meant for beach goer's and you are permitted to bring beach chairs, umbrella's and coolers with you. With this option, your group can split up and travel when and where they please. Fresh Market, Thomson Island Restaurant, Blue Coast Restaurant, Bed Bath and Beyond and Wawa are within walking distance.

Our retreat is clean, nicely furnished and beautifully decorated. Your vacation home is equipped with amenities including four HD televisions, outdoor charcoal grill, ample parking, one-car garage for storage, screened porch, patio, central air conditioning, community pool, tennis courts and beautifully landscaped grounds. You will find beautiful wood flooring throughout the downstairs and plush frieze carpet upstairs. Our tropical paradise is the perfect get-away. You may fit two - three cars in front of the house with additional parking at the end of each street.

Please note, renters provide their own sheets and towels, extra towels are in the unit for your convenience.

Enjoy the first floor nautical MASTER bedroom, with a KING SIZE BED, beautiful grey walls with a touch of shimmer, a beautiful navy blue blue ceiling, full tiled shower and large walk in closet.
The second floor MASTER bedroom is a tropical getaway! Presents with a QUEEN-SIZE BED, full bath with new tiled shower and a walk-in closet. This amazing bedroom is a tropical paradise with teal and white strips across the ceiling, white silk drapes.

The third bedroom is our Hawaiian palm room, furnished with a QUEEN-SIZE bed and large walk-in closet, television and dresser.

The fourth bedroom is furnished with TWO SETS OF BUNK BEDS.

The upstairs loft is a semi-private space and is furnished with TWO TWIN BEDS.

A third full bathroom with tub is located in the upstairs hallway. A powder room is downstairs off the kitchen as well, making a total of three-and-one-half bathrooms in this home.

AGAIN: Renters supply their own sheets and towels. We have provided a few towels for use in the home if extras are needed.

The beautiful family room has two full sized sofas, an electric fireplace and large dining table with seating for up to 10 guests. Recent renovations has opened up the kitchen, dining and family room areas to promote easy socialization and functionality. The kitchen is loaded with everything necessary to cook and prepare meals and for daily living. A brand new full size stackable washer and dryer is located off the kitchen.

Wi-fi is strong and available in all rooms for your streaming devices!

You may take advantage of the BOOK IT NOW PAYMENT feature. Enter your desired dates to see the price breakdown. No surprises in pricing as VRBO does all the calculations. You will be able to then download the contract and will be emailed a welcome letter before your stay with check in information. Pets for renters are not allowed per community documents. Please be aware of this rule if other homes in the community advise that pets are permitted.

In order to keep our homes in the best condition possible for renters like you, we ask for groups to be no larger than 8-10 people. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE OR RENT IF YOU ARE COMING TO PARTY. We only rent to people who will care for our property and not be a nuisance to the neighborhood so we appreciate your understanding in advance.

Our home is available monthly from October - May 1 for a monthly rate plus security deposit. 3 month minimum. Renters pay for utilities used when staying monthly. If staying only weekly from October - April, the home currently does not have internet
