Welcome to Nautilus Cottage in Phillip Island. Our two storey beach house is located just 5 minutes walk to a glorious, north facing wide sandy beach, 3 minute walk to the picturesque Phillip Island Golf Club and a leisurely 20 minute foreshore walk to the cafes and shops of Cowes.
Our sunny modern beach house is located in peaceful and pretty “Silverleaves”. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus powder room, ultra modern, fully equipped kitchen, bright, spacious, contemporary living areas and full laundry facilities.
To make your stay comfortable we provide quality modern furnishings, a split system Reverse Cycle Air-conditioner downstairs and two separate split systems in each bedroom upstairs as well as ceiling fans.
3 televisions, DVD players, Stereo system and a wide selection of both DVDÂ’s and CDÂ’s for your viewing and listening pleasure. A laundry with washing machine (dryer in the garage).
Private rear timber deck with outdoor furnishings, waterproof shade sail and BBQ facilities. The rear courtyard is fully fenced and accessible through the house or the double lock up garage with remote control door.
Our beach house accommodates up to 6 people (2 Queen size beds and 2 Single beds) doonas and pillows are provided. This is a dog friendly house for small to medium, well trained dogs.
Just two hours from Melbourne, Phillip Island offers abundant activities or total relaxation.
We do not provide linen i.e.: sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats and tea towels. For a fee, we are happy to supply linen if required. We do not provide food at this beach house, however a very well equipped supermarket and bottle shop are available in Cowes (5 min by car).

Our living and Dining areas are bright and spacious with polished floors, television, DVD player, stereo system, Reverse Cycle Split System and powder room with both vanity basin and toilet.
The ultra modern fully equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, refridgerator, microwave and dishwasher.
The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV and DVD player, walk in robe and full ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.
The laundry has a washing machine, trough, built in cupboards etc; the dryer is located in the garage.
Our second master bedroom has a Queen size bed, Reverse Cycle Split System, ceiling fan, built in robes and television.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds, reverse cycle split system, ceiling fan and built in robes.
The main bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity with a separate toilet next to the bathroom.
