Zinc 2 are stylishly presented, self-contained apartments which offers superb accommodation for up to 4 guests. Located in the vibrant city fringe and beachside suburb of Port Melbourne and ideal for 2 couples, corporate travellers or families who want easy access to the CBD and the beach on their doorstep. You will be delighted with these totally new Melbourne apartments, fitted with top quality fittings and stylishly furnished so you’ll feel warmly welcomed the moment you step through the door.

The features throughout these properties include fully-equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances and luxury extras such dishwashers and high quality crockery and kitchen wares and European style laundries. The open plan lounge/dining rooms with stylish furniture comfortably seat 4 and feature 32” plasma TVs and DVD/CDs. Enjoy the sea breezes from the balconies which features BBQs and outdoor dining for 4.

Each master bedroom has a king sized bed and sparkling ensuite and the second bedrooms have a king bed that can be split into two singles. This flexible bedding arrangement in the second bedroom makes it perfect for a couple, two children or two singles. All bedrooms are fitted with built in robes and top quality bedding. Waiting for the bathroom will never be an issue here with a separate bathroom for each bedroom.

Zinc 2 offer you a fully inclusive stay with off street parking for 1 vehicle, local phone calls and superfast internet all included.

Zinc 2 invite you to come and experience the best of both worlds with bayside living right on your doorstep and the CBD 10 minutes by tram. Take a stroll, cycle or roller blade along the bay in the morning followed by breakfast at one of the many café’s on Bay Street and finish the day in Melbourne’s CBD at one of the laneway bars or with a show at one of the many theatres or comedy clubs. There’s never a dull moment as the city is alive with a hive of activity every day of the week. From Zinc you can also take advantage of the CBD and Southbank cinemas, shopping districts, restaurants, museums and the Melbourne Aquarium. On the way to the city the 109 tram stops directly in front of ‘Jeff's Shed’, also known as The Melbourne Exhibition Centre or the Southbank arts and entertainment precinct.

These stylish apartments are perfect for families with 2 children, 2 couples or 2 work colleagues looking for quality accommodation in Port Melbourne and are ideal for those looking for relocation accommodation in Melbourne, Victoria. Iideally located for major attractions such as the Australian Grand Prix or to simply enjoy a relaxed stay within minutes of the city, beach, parks, bike paths, restaurants, cafes and great shopping.

We have several 1 and 2 bedroom apartments at this location which can sleep a total of 14 – perfect for project teams and extended families.

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement. We just add $40 per week for additional cleaning and maintenance as we have found that no matter how gorgeous they are, most of our pet guests leave us a little bit of extra cleaning!

Check in 2:00 pm; check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

PLEASE NOTE: The apartments interiors are fitted and furnished to the same high standard. The apartments are on different floors so views and floor plans may vary.

Standard Inclusions, Minimum Stays and Tariffs

At Boutique Stays we know how to look after our guests. Everything is included! There are no hidden extras.

Minimum Stays
In general, we have a 7 night min for bookings made 3 months or more in advance, and a 5 night min otherwise. Variations to minimum stays include some peak periods which may attract longer minimum stays, and we will also accept stays of less than 5 nights at our discretion, usually if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar or within the month of enquiry.

'I don't know how you did it for the price? But thank you anyway. The free internet, which was not abused or misused was a great idea for checking menus, shop locations, etc etc. Google Earth, made the holiday easier to "navigate" Melbourne even though we have been here before.
