The Beach House sleeps up to 14 over two levels being perfect for families/large groups or you can also enjoy the Beach House as a romantic getaway just for 2!

With more than 26 squares of modern, open living, the Beach House is perfect for couples or groups up to 14. Even your dog is welcome! Situated at the edge of the sand dunes of Port Fairy’s pristine East Beach and only a 10 minute walk into the town centre. The Beach House upper level comprises a master suite with large, double spa and modern entertainers’ kitchen. The luxurious lounge and dining area open onto a protected, west-facing deck (the sunsets are something to see!)

For larger groups and families, the lower level incorporates a further three bedrooms (two queen rooms and a children’s room sleeping five), another living/rumpus room, full bathroom, separate WC and laundry. This area opens onto a west-facing deck with outdoor shower.
Everything is taken care of – quality linen (or the option of bringing your own sheets and towels) designer furnishings, modern appliances, heating and air-conditioning, a large range of books, games and DVDs. The more active visitors can enjoy personal use of bikes, boogie boards, wetsuits, surfboard, trampoline, table tennis and fishing gear.

There is also a stairgate, portacot and highchair. The bathroom downstairs has a bath and the ensuite has a large double oval spa - a great place for the little ones to hang out after a big day at the beach!

Parents and friends can enjoy the beautiful west facing deck all day, protected from the south winds and undercover with a large outdoor dining suite and bbq. Open up the double doors to the kitchen and dining and your space instantly doubles!
