Tariffs are calculated on a sliding scale and vary according to group size, season and school/public holidays.

Mid week tariffs are highly discounted for small groups outside of peak season and school/public holidays.

One night bookings are available from Sunday - Friday. Saturday night bookings require a minimum of two nights stay.

All payments are to be made by credit card. All bookings require a credit card deposit of 50% to secure the booking. The balance is required to be settled one month prior to your stay. Bookings made within 30 days of intended stay are required to be paid in full. Deposits are non refundable. By accepting the booking and making the deposit you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions.

Tariffs describe minimum per night rate for up 6 people. Weekends: minimum 2 nights. June-August: +10%. Public/school holidays: +20%. Midweek discounts: 2-4 pax outside peak season. Please enquire for a specific quote.
