Beautiful walks or bike riding in the area.

The house is all on one level, sleeps 8 people and has everything needed to make a comfortable & enjoyable holiday. Open-plan living-room , a CD-player, 3 TV's, 2 DVD players and 2 VCRs.
New flatscreen with lots of in-house movies.
There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, the third bedroom has a double bed, while the fourth has a bunk-bed, (bottom bed is a double). one bathroom & 2 seperate toilets.
A fully equipped kitchen with all utensils including microwave & dishwasher. There is a washing machine & dryer in the laundry.
A cot & hi-chair are also provided. Linen and towels can be provided for a small surcharge.
There's a new 4-burner barbeque on the veranda, and deck-chairs are provided for your comfort.

THE ATTRACTIONS
Just take your towel and walk down to one of the beautiful golden sand beaches at Culburra.
Activities include swimming , windsurfing, kayaking by the lake, surfing and fishing. There are 3 golf courses nearby.
Great spots for fishing at Crookhaven river, Greenwell Point & Orient Point.

The local attractions include Callala Beach (a 15-minute drive away). Towards Currarong, you'll find many more secluded white sandy beaches including gorgeous Honeymoon Bay & delicious seafood is available at Greenwell Point if you didn't catch anything

This was a well set up holiday home, everything you could imagine was provided. One tip would be to bring your own knives if you want a sharp knife as the ones there were very blunt. Lovely garden, close to the beach, dog loved the yard and the walks. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Blue Patch for a week, while we attended a special wedding in the district. The house was very homey and cool during some late hot weather. We also loved the close proximity to good surf and walks on beautiful beaches, as well as the drives to Jervis Bay. A quiet,relaxing place to unwind after a BIG weekend!

We stayed for seven days in December and had a fantastic time.
The house is large and inviting in a quiet environment, the backyard is huge and has a lovely deck and a big BBQ. Many birds come around to play. There are multiple swimming and surfing beaches nearby, one just across the street, another on a five minute drive away. Jervis Bay NP, Huskisson and Hyams beach a 30min drive away.
Perfect place to relax a couple of days. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic Christmas week at Blue Patch. With various extended family members coming and going all week the large living area and deck were very welcome. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beaches were a 5 minute walk and supermarket a 5 minute drive away. We had a coffee each morning on our way home from the beach at the local shop (which also does a great hamburger). Kayaking on the lake also close by. Dogs were welcome everywhere we went. I hope we will be back one day ...

What a gem of a hideaway this place is. A dream holiday with everything we needed at our fingertips. Massive backyard was great for the kids while the adults loved the gorgeous back deck. Beautifully decorated, we can't wait to go back and stay again!

Lovely comfy home best night sleep I have had in along time.the secure backyard is fantastic for dogs though we did not spend much time at home as there was so much exploring to do recommend callalla beach beautiful white sand and aqua blue water,pristine and we were the only ones on the beach,throw in some palm trees and you would be on a tropical island.Back home to our warm and cozy retreat for a barbie,and that comfy bed.next morning up early to feed the birds Monica has seed available for the birds I am a bird lover so enjoyed crimson rosellas king parrots,satin bower bird male and female,kookaburras,wattle birds,how nice, was hard to leave but reality hits and you have to go back to the city to save up for next time.

Thanks for sharing your well equipped home with us for our 3 night stay. The location was fantastic with only a short walk to the gorgeous beach at Culburra.
The champers on arrival was a lovely thought and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time there and didn't want to come home!

We spent our Christmas holidays here and loved it. It's the perfect beach house - a MASSIVE backyard, killer barbecue, two outdoor tables, four large bedrooms and a games room with a table tennis table - all within about a five minute walk to the beach. Thanks to Monica for a fabulous holiday!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Blue Patch! The house was such a pleasant surprise with a warm and welcoming feel and fully catered for either small or large families or a group staying together! We chose Blue Patch for our 2nd annual girls weekend away. All of us loved the house & had a fabulous weekend. Highly recommend the local fish & chip shop. $5 for a handburger & chips ... excellent value. We didnt get to the beach but did make the long hike to the lighthouse at Crookhaven Heads. Thanks to Monica & Ron for sharing your lovely house. Hopefully we will be back next year for the 3rd annual girls weekend away.

We had a sublime time at Blue Patch! The house was perfect, had everything you could want in a holiday house, and close to the beach (which by the way is beautiful). We had a very relaxing time at Blue Patch. It rained most of the weekend which meant we spent a lot of time indoors and we were thankful the house was so comfortable. The large dining family area is very pleasant with comfortable couches but we could still see out to the large backyard. When it wasn't raining the dogs really enjoyed fossicking around in the yard and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the many parrots zooming around. The bed was particularly comfortable so were able to have a good sleep each night. A very well maintained and pleasant place - and pet friendly as well.

We arrived with six children on a weekend that was actually pretty cold but our time at Blue Patch was enjoyable nonetheless. The house was equipped with every need and with two DVD players we were able to keep most people happy. The rumpus room out the back was an added bonus. Thanks for a great weekend.

The property was ideal for a weekend getaway with our daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. We found it was comfy and had everything we would require to make our weekend complete. Only downside was that it rained the whole time which meant we were indoors for the better part of the weekend.

My girls just loved it - even though it rained virtually the whole time we where there - the indoor table tennis was great, the large yard to throw the ball for the dog, we were lovely and warm with the heaters, the games and videos gave us enough indoor entertainment - Star Wars was a BIG hit. Also got to do a few indoor activities in Nowra - movies, art gallery, indoor rock-climbing. They are asking when we come back already!

Blue Patch is very comfortable for all. We had some rain during our stay however the table tennis,soccer and darts kept us all entertained. The house is welcoming and has everything to make you feel like it is a home away from home. There is a great range of videos. The area is fantastic with beautiful beaches so close by. Our dog loved it and was at home right away in the huge yard. The leash free beach was really good for all too. We can't wait to stay again. Monica and Ron were very helpful with the booking and most welcoming. It was much appreciated.

Great property for families. Great set up for children of all ages. The kitchen is missing nothing & the house has lovely big bedrooms. Huge backyard for plenty of fun & games. Great location with the beach & shops close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
