\"Blue Patch\"is a delightful 4-bedroom house and it has got it all, with a large, leafy, private garden. Ideal for children, pets and adults. Just relax in a hammock, or for the more energetic, there is a rumpus room with table-tennis & various games.

The house has an open-plan layout, a modern kitchen, a dining area and a large living room with a wrap-around verandah. Dine inside or outside on the deck, overlooking the garden. Relax in one of the comfortable cane-chairs with a drink and a good book while all the colourful parrots are in the surrounding trees.
Beautiful walks or bike riding in the area.

This is truly the perfect holiday setting for every age group, situated between a beautiful lake and two unspoilt golden sand beaches.

The house is all on one level, sleeps 8 people and has everything needed to make a comfortable & enjoyable holiday. Open-plan living-room , a CD-player, 3 TV\'s, 2 DVD players and 2 VCRs.
There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, the third bedroom has a double bed, while the fourth has a bunk-bed, (bottom bed is a double). one bathroom & 2 seperate toilets.
A modern kitchen with all utensils including microwave & dishwasher. There is a new washing machine & dryer in the laundry.
A cot & hi-chair are also provided. Linen and towels can be provided for a small surcharge.
There\'s a permanent gas barbeque in the spacious garden, and deck-chairs are provided for your comfort.

THE ATTRACTIONS

Just take your towel and walk down to one of the beautiful golden sand beaches at Culburra.

Activities include swimming , windsurfing, snorkelling, surfing and fishing. There are 3 golf courses nearby.

Great spots for fishing at Crookhaven river, Greenwell Point & Orient Point
.

The local attractions include Callala Beach (a 15-minute drive away). Towards Currarong, you\'ll find many more secluded white sandy beaches including gorgeous Honeymoon Bay. Delicious seafood is available at Greenwell Point.
