Description

For Executive Stays - a self-contained apartment tailor made for your business trip to Perth. Close to the City, the apartment is a ten minute drive to Perth and a few streets up from the Swan River.

Como Executive Apartment offers a comfortable alternative to hotels, for stays from a few days to a month or more.

With two bedrooms, a kitchen/laundry, a lounge and dining room and leafy courtyard, guests can cook or order in, entertain friends over a BBQ or walk to nearby restaurant.

The apartment is ideal for guests in Perth for business. Close to supermarket, shops, restaurants, sports and leisure facilities and attractions such as the Zoo, Kings Park, jet ski hire, City shopping.

Nearby suburbs include South Perth, Victoria Park, Applecross and Bentley.

There is off street parking for your car(s), close by bus stops and the train station. The nearby bike path links you to terrific views of the City and Swan River.

The apartment is next to our home and home to our friendly Beagle. The yards are fully fenced. We are happy for dogs to visit too but request they stay outside the Apartment and use the kennel and deck chairs provided.

Building works have commenced across the road with the construction of three townhouses. Guests can expect additional noise and traffic at times on some days.

Como Bike Stays

Como Beach Apartment is 2 minutes from the Swan River cycle path which in turn links to some beautiful places in Perth.

Cycle around the City (1 hour) or west to Fremantle (an easy 3 hours return) or south to Mandurah and return (half/full day). Cycle north or south and catch the train home, or travel to the northern beaches by train and ride home via the sunset coast.

Dotted around the Swan River are cafes and restaurants and attractions. Cycling means you can tour at your pace.

A nearby bike shop offers group rides on weekends, suitable for able (35km/hr) through to ambling (24km/hr). Lots of other closeby rides during the week.

Use the Apartment as your Bike Stay base. We have maps and pumps, carriers and backpacks and local experience. The Apartment has a gated front yard for cars, a lock-up garage for bikes and equipment and a private rear courtyard.

  • "A wonderful place to stay! Thank you to our lovely host Marg. You are by far the most accomodating host we've had, and you have definitely made this place our favourite place to stay while in Perth! (A VERY big contrast to the hotels we've previously had in terms of price, comfort, space, and hospitality!) Visitors will find this place very spacious, with plenty of room for a small family whilst being cosy enough for a couple's retreat. The house in general is well-equipped (especially the kitchen), with all the provisions you'd expect from one's own home. The location is ideal for travel to both North and South of the river, as other guests have pointed out it has very easy access to the highway. We were able to get to the middle of the city within 10 minutes (a godsend when you come from Sydney!). The short drive also brings you past the Perth zoo, which is also nearby. The location is on a quiet street, and despite it's proximity to the highway, we didn't hear any road noise whatsoever. Many more compliments can be said about this place, but to really do it justice, one must stay here at least a few nights and discover it all for yourself. We definitely will be back!
