Upstairs living maximises views and permits full ventilation of living areas.
For the golfer, Tuggerah Lakes Course is the Central Coast's premier golfing facility set among the stunning backdrop of the Pacific Ocean. This championship 18 hole course & is accessible to visiting members or for social players. Panoramic sea views are present from most of the fairways

Shelly Beach is a dog friendly beach at the end directly opposite the house. Walk 50 metres to the south end for the patrolled portion. Fish off the beach or rock fish at either end.

1) Installed flyscreens on windows and sliding door exit onto deck
2) Installed a coded lockbox incase you have mislaid the keys
3) Improved cutlery and crockery to allow the preparation and serving of up to 8 people.
4) Quality glasses for wine, beer consumption etc.
5) 2nd fridge in laundry.
6) Spare fulled barbecue gas bottle.

Still water beach for toddlers is 500 metre to Toowoon Bay.
