Seashells on Long Beach is right on the beach. The villa is near the end of a quiet cul-de -sac. The living area has filtered views across the bay. Beautifully appointed, fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen and lounge room. Open your bedroom door and step out onto the patio. A few more steps along the grassy path takes you to the beach. Beautiful Long Beach is over a mile long. Come and enjoy life on the beach.
It has a spacious living area with a large deck where you can enjoy the sea breezes.
A 106cm PLASMA TV with DIGITAL RECEPTION AND DVD means indoors enjoyment too.
The beach has wonderful swimming for young and old with gentle waves for toddlers at the eastern end.
Long Beach with over a kilometre of golden sand and, at each end, fascinating rock formations to explore above and below the water.
In the evening dolphins can be seen splashing and playing out in the blue waters of the Bay.
You can step out of your villas, stroll onto the beach and take a walk for miles along unspoilt beaches and inlets.
Batemans Bay is less than 10 minutes drive away for restaurants and shops or you could just order takeaway and relax while you wait. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ give you the option of preparing your own meals too.

Three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large open plan lounge/dining area with deck (BBQ on deck), two bathrooms and separate toilet on the upper level.
Room configurations: Bedrooms are downstairs. One queen room (with ensuite), second queen room and one twin room with 2 single beds. (There is 1 spare single mattress for a young child. A stair gate for the top of the stairs, high chair and a portacot are also available).

Long Beach is over 1 mile long. Enjoy long walks along the beach or just snuggle into the leather lounge and enjoy the latest movies on the DVD player. Enjoy the instant cool or heat of reverse cycle air conditioning in the upstairs living room. Perhaps you would just like to curl up on your queen bed and finish that great book youve never had the time to read. You can enjoy the sea view from the living area and queen bedrooms as you relax. Wall heaters are also in every bedroom for cooler nights.

Just a quick note to tell you we had a wonderful week at Seashells on Longbeach. We went for a swim and beach walk every day, and enjoyed the fine food and wine in and around town.
I loved the beach and we wish we were still there enjoying it all.

Seashells exceeded my expectations, we had a fantastic weekend and will most certainly be coming back for more!!!!

What a fabulous spot, this is the second year we have stayed in the Seashells.The beach is just great. Just enough wave to get my four year old son used to the surf and calm enough for my one year old to paddle on the edge. My now one and four year old sons had an absolute ball. Master four felt very independant being able to run on ahead of us, up to the Villa, after departing the beach. We were able to let him do so as there are no roads to worry about in this very quiet estate . We will definately be back next year. Thankyou
