The Dolphinage a large house that CAN accommodate 9 people at one time. There are cosy gas heating in all living areas. THREE bathrooms makes it very comfortable for 2 families. The kitchen is very well equipped for entertaining. The outdoor entertainment area has a gas barbeque, webber and bar (all under cover) and the back garden is fully enclosed. It also has a large, double, lock-up garage.
From the upstairs balcony, 2 bedrooms, and second living room you may see migrating whales, pods of dolphins playing off the beach, even passing ships and yachts. The ocean is visible from down stairs also.
2 Large Flat Screens with and comprehensive DVD Library and 2 more TV's - 1 in family room, 1 in lounge room 1 in kitchen and 1 in main bedroom .

Wonderful for recharging the batteries with a walk on the beach or just a quiet read in the upper lounge with the ocean as a backdrop.
Short distance to great fishing spots (Narrawallee Inlet - Narrawallee Beach) and Mollymook Golf Course.
