Mosman Park/Cottesloe/Fremantle/Claremont
Mosman Park is located along Stirling Highway approximately 14 kilometres from Perth and 3 kilometres from Fremantle. It is bordered by the suburbs of Cottesloe, Peppermint Grove and North Fremantle and is unique in having the Indian Ocean on its western boundary and the beautiful shores of the Swan River as its eastern boundary.
Mosman Park is a predominantly residential area including some of the most exclusive property development in Western Australia.
The area is well served by a number of beautiful parks.
Cottesloe, one of Perth's premier beaches, is within walking distance. Cottesloe boasts some great snorkelling, swimming and surfing areas for all ages.
During the Summer months particulary, the area is extremely popular with the kite and windsurfing fraternity. Making the most of the Fremantle Doctor (Afternoon seabreeze).
Fremantle, an historic Port City, is a 5 minute drive by car or train. Fremantle, has an abundance of cafe's, bars, restaurants, museums and shopping.
Claremont only 10 minutes drive away, is one of Perth's premier shopping precincts. It also has a variety of bars and eateries.
